Tobias has a decade of experience in retailing and supply chain. Having worked in buying, e-commerce and sourcing roles for one of the largest European multi-label retailers and online platforms he has seen the entire value chain – all the way from manufacturing products to selling them to consumers online and offline. Digital Transformation, Business Process Optimization and Change Management are some of his focus areas. Due to his streamlined processes and completed projects he achieved not only substantial cost savings but also boosted top line growth for his previous organizations. Tobias holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration with majors in Retailing and Organizational Management & HR as well as a master’s degree in Marketing Management. He studied in Europe, America and Asia which makes him highly aware of differences in working cultures and target markets. Thanks to his customer-centricity to the core Tobias aims for expanding and deepening the services of Topo for the best possible customer and user experience.
