Cologne, December 18, 2024 - RSM Ebner Stolz has advised Gamma Communications plc (Gamma) on the acquisition of all shares in BroadSoft Germany GmbH (Placetel) from Cisco, with a financial and tax due diligence.

Gamma is a leading provider of technology-based communication services and employs approximately 2,000 people in Europe. With unified communications, mobile, security and connectivity services, Gamma offers robust and secure end-to-end business communication solutions that enable organisations to communicate, collaborate and provide an excellent customer experience.

Placetel is a German provider of cloud communications and enables organisations to purchase Cisco collaboration solutions through both digital channels and a nationwide network of partners.

The acquisition strengthens Gamma's presence in Germany and deepens its partnership with Cisco.
