Mu­nich, 5^th Sep­tem­ber 2019 - PA­RA­GON PART­NERS sa­les its ma­jo­rity stake in dtms GmbH to the net group Be­tei­li­gun­gen GmbH & Co. KG. The au­diting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz has ad­vi­sed PA­RA­GON PART­NERS with the pre­pa­ra­tion of a Fi­nan­cial Fact Book.

The dtms GmbH was foun­ded in 1998 and em­ploys about 60 peo­ple at its head­quar­ters in Mainz, Ger­many. Over the past 20 years, the com­pany has suc­cess­fully es­ta­blis­hed its­elf on the Ger­man mar­ket as a lea­ding in­de­pen­dent net­work pro­vi­der of con­tact cen­ter so­lu­ti­ons and cu­st­omer in­tel­li­gence tech­no­lo­gies. The spe­cia­list in the field of cu­st­omer dia­lo­gue ge­ne­ra­ted a gross re­ve­nue of ap­pro­xi­mately EUR 40 mil­lion in 2018.
