Hamburg, 22nd January 2019 – The Auditing and Consulting firm Ebner Stolz provided Financial and Tax Due Diligence services to RPC Group Plc on the acquisition of Neluplast Tiefzieh-Technik GmbH, headquartered in Opfenbach, Germany.
The listed RPC Group, headquartered in Rushden, United Kingdom, is one of Europe’s largest suppliers of plastic packaging and has generated total revenues of £3.7 billion in Financial Year 2017/18.
Neluplast is a specialised B2B supplier of thermoformed plastic packaging primarily for the food sector. Its product portfolio includes different plastic packaging solutions ranging from food packaging to non-food packaging as well as coffee capsules and individual packaging solutions for its customers. Since 1923, Neluplast has developed into an efficient and quality orientated supplier and business partner in the plastic packaging industry.
With the acquisition of Neluplast RPC extends its expertise within the German market and enhances its service offering while strengthening the market position.
Within the transaction process Ebner Stolz provided RPC with Financial and Tax Due Diligence support.
