(eIn­fochips), on the ac­qui­si­tion of iQ­mine GmbH (iQ­mine) to sup­port the ex­pan­sion of Ar­row Elec­tro­nics' Au­to­mo­tive Cen­tre of Ex­cel­lence (CoE). RSM Eb­ner Stolz sup­por­ted Ar­row Elec­tro­nics with a fi­nan­cial due di­li­gence and pro­vi­ded ad­di­tio­nal fi­nan­cial tran­sac­tion ad­vi­sory ser­vices.

The es­ta­blish­ment of de­ve­lop­ment cen­tres in Mu­nich and Is­tan­bul helps to bet­ter sup­port cu­st­omers in the de­ve­lop­ment of next-ge­ne­ra­tion au­to­mo­tive pro­ducts.

RSM Eb­ner Stolz sup­por­ted the tran­sac­tion with a com­pre­hen­sive fi­nan­cial due di­li­gence and pro­vi­ded ad­di­tio­nal tran­sac­tion ad­vi­sory ser­vices to Ar­row Elec­tro­nics.
