Bonn, 12 February 2025 - RSM Ebner Stolz, in close collaboration with RSM US, has advised World Host Group US Inc. (WHG) on the buyer side of the acquisition of the US-based company A2 Hosting. In the context of the transaction, RSM Ebner Stolz provided the financial due diligence, tax structuring and SPA support to WHG, while RSM US delivered the tax due diligence.
